third person-itis.

Maria is incredibly proud of herself.
She remembers mentioning, a few blogs back, about how she has idols that are seniors at her school.
Well, today, Maria talked to one of them. An actual conversation! Ok, well not talked. More like emailed. But considering we can email during school using the school mail system, it was a pretty big step for her.
AND Maria started the conversation too.
Maria feels incredibly happy.
Sure it may be a little late, since the seniors only have about 20 school days left.
Yes, Maria wishes she had done this sooner.
But better late than never, right?
I mean sure, Maria may never get the nerve to talk to this specific person again, but she can now say she did it.
Maria honestly hopes that she gets to talk to her again before she graduates.
She might work up the nerve to talk to the one mentioned earlier (the one who knew her name), who IS a different person. But Maria doesn’t know whether or not she has the nerve. And now the person stopped replying and she feels oddly sad. But she might be learning something important for their exam, or maybe her laptop died, or maybe she got caught emailing or… Maria is thinking of reasons why person stopped replying.
Maria hopes she isn’t boring you with her obsessiveness over certain people.

In other news, I almost cried at midnight today (yesterday? this morning? Midnight confuses me.)
Why? Because i spent forever working on a French project, a movie/music video type thing. But i had to do it on my home desktop, which is a mac. And my laptop is a windows. And it wouldn’t work.
I was literally on the verge of tears.

Sigh.
If anyone knows how to make it work, PLEASE PLEASE PLEEEEEEASE tell me in the comments.
Well, maria is typing this in a word document in French class. After being completely defeated by technology she gave up.
So maria shall pay attention now. Bye!

Peace, love, and gummybears.

  1. Aw, yay for initiating conversations! :D I'm a senior and I don't mind at all when people email me, I have plenty of friends who are freshmen and sophomores, "hierarchy" doesn't really happen at our school. :D
And maybe put the video up on youtube or some other video site? D: Best of luck with the project!
Also, you were in my latest Saturstory, and I wanted to know which name you wanted me to use, Maria or Gummy, as I'm not sure. (it's up on my blog) :)
