the best laid plans of mice and men

ok i haven't actually read that book, but i wil before the end of the school year.
i just knew that quote, and (that part at least, idk how the rest goes) it seemed to fit in very well with my day today.

so sunday is one of my friends's birthday. she is a senior (lets call her T.), so she's turning 18!

we gave her trix scratch and sniff stickers.
and a thing for her hair i made out of ribbon, tape, and a bobby pin.
me and my friend( let's call her B.) (both freshman) decided to do something for her, as we had study last period with her.

we spent all week getting information from her best friend. we thought she had to work in the office so we went and got her out of it by talking to the office peoples.
we worked really hard to get everything set up.

but then the quiz she was retaking took her a lot longer than expected. she didn't finish until 9 minutes before school ended.

but we still made her day, which is what matters.

other than the frustration of "*whisper* i'll cry if she doesn't make it in time." (both me and B.)
9and she did make it in time), today was a pretty good day.

it's friday! woo!

i can't wait till sunday though... which is weird because most people dislike sunday due to the fact that school is a day away.

so today i wanted cheezits. then i didnt. so i don't even know if they are still in my purse...

thought of the day:
sometimes, things make you sad.
but when the thing that makes you sad, has made you happy, it's all worth it.
